About This Training
ZEF's Warehouse Management training is a practical programme of 3 months covering warehouse layout, receiving, put-away, inventory control, barcodes and WMS, picking and packing, dispatch and KPI dashboards. You finish with a warehouse KPI project.
Benchmarked against the MSSC Certified Logistics Associate and Technician (CLA/CLT) standards and the CILT warehousing content.

Questions
Is this training only theory?
No. You work through layouts, stock counts and WMS exercises, and build a KPI dashboard like the ones used by warehouse managers.
Will I learn a WMS?
You practise the main WMS functions on a training system. Real employers use different systems, but the processes are the same.
Where do warehouse staff work?
In distribution centres, e-commerce fulfilment, retail, manufacturing and 3PL companies, in Pakistan and in Gulf logistics hubs subject to employer and visa requirements.
