Official exams
IELTS, PTE Academic, HSK, Goethe-Zertifikat and JLPT are official exams taken at authorised test centres. ZEF prepares you for them; the ZEF certificate is not a language certificate. Check the latest format and requirements with the official provider before you book.

Which language training should I choose?
Choose by your goal. IELTS or PTE Academic if a university, employer or visa route asks for that English score; Chinese for study in China or Chinese companies in Pakistan; German for routes to Germany; Japanese for Japan’s skilled-worker and study routes; and Arabic for work in the Gulf. A counsellor can help you decide.
Are the language trainings online or on campus?
The English trainings run on campus in Quetta or as live online classes. Chinese, German, Japanese and Arabic run as live online classes with a ZEF teacher, so you can join from anywhere in Pakistan. Each training page shows its learning mode, and a counsellor can confirm batches and class times.
Does completing a training guarantee a test score, a visa or a job?
No. Preparation helps you practise in the test format and improve your skills, but your score depends on your performance on the day, and visas and jobs depend on employers and governments. ZEF does not guarantee any score, band, visa or job. Subject to employer, licensing, visa and qualification-recognition requirements.
How long does each language training take?
IELTS Preparation, PTE Academic Preparation, Spoken English and General English each run for about 3 months. Chinese, German, Japanese and Arabic each run for 12 weeks of live online classes. Each training page shows the exact outline and the next batch date once it is scheduled.
