If ZEF cancels or moves a batch

If we cancel a batch, or change its start date or class time and the new one does not suit you, you can move to another batch or receive a full refund of the fees you paid for it.

If you withdraw before your batch starts

Tell us before the start date and we will refund the course fee, less any charge marked as non-refundable on your invoice.

After your course has started

Refunds after the start are considered case by case, for example for illness or a family emergency. We may offer a place in a later batch instead.

Self-paced courses

Because course materials open straight away, self-paced fees are not refundable once you have started, unless a technical problem on our side stops you studying and we cannot fix it.

How to ask

Write to info@zef.org.pk or message us on WhatsApp with your name, mobile number, course and reason. We reply within a few working days, and approved refunds are paid back by the method you used to pay, normally within 30 days.
