Using this website

You may use this website to learn about ZEF, enquire, apply and study. Please give accurate information and do not misuse the site, try to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with how it works.

Student accounts

• Your mobile number is your login. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account can be signed in on up to two devices at a time.
• Accounts are personal: do not share your login or course materials.

Enrolment and fees

• Fees are shown on each course and confirmed on your invoice. A paid course opens once your payment is confirmed.
• Self-paced courses give access for the period shown on the course. Instructor-led courses follow the batch dates and class times.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Assessment and certificates

• Certificates are issued when you pass the course’s required quizzes and assignments (pass mark 60% unless a course says otherwise).
• Work you submit must be your own. Cheating, plagiarism or impersonation can lead to a fail, withdrawal from the course or a certificate being revoked.
• Anyone can check a certificate at the verification page using its code.

Careers and international pathways

Our courses build skills, portfolios and job-readiness. We do not guarantee a job, income or admission. International pathways are subject to employer, licensing, visa and qualification-recognition requirements.

Course materials

Course content, videos and materials belong to ZEF or its partners and are for your personal study only. Do not copy, share or resell them.
