An enquiry is not a commitment. It simply starts a conversation with a counsellor.
A Counsellor Contacts You
On WhatsApp or by phone. They answer your questions and check the training fits your goals and background.
You Pick a Batch
Choose online, on campus or hybrid, and a start date and timing that fit around work or study.
You Pay Your Way
Pay the fee in full, or in instalments where the training offers them. You always get a receipt.
You Start Learning
An orientation session first, so you know the timetable, the tools and how you will be assessed.

Before You Apply
How long are ZEF trainings?
Most trainings run for 2 to 6 months. Digital and business trainings are usually about 3 months. Technical and trade trainings that need workshop practice run 3 to 6 months. Every training page shows its exact duration and, once scheduled, the next batch date.
Do I need experience before I join?
It depends on the training. Many start from the basics, while some technical trainings expect a minimum education level or some trade experience. Each training page lists its entry requirements, and a counsellor can check your fit before you pay anything.
How are students assessed?
Every training ends with work you can show. Digital trainings finish with a capstone project for your portfolio. Trade and technical trainings include a practical assessment, where an assessor checks your work against a competency checklist. The result is Competent or Not yet competent, with a chance to reassess.
What certificate will I receive?
You receive a ZEF certificate when you complete the training and pass its assessment. Each certificate has a unique code and a QR code, so an employer can confirm on the ZEF website that it is genuine.
Does ZEF guarantee a job?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We teach market skills, assess what you can actually do, and help you with your portfolio, CV and interviews. International routes also depend on employer, licensing, visa and qualification-recognition requirements, which we explain honestly.
Can I study online?
Many trainings can be taken online, and some are hybrid, with theory online and practical sessions on campus. Hands-on trade skills always include in-person practice, because they cannot be properly assessed through a screen. Each training page lists its delivery mode.
Can an organisation sponsor learners?
Yes. Employers, NGOs and other organisations can sponsor seats or train groups of staff. Tell us what you need on the employers page and the partnerships team will come back to you.
