Questions

Is this the PMP certification?

No. This is a practical foundation training. It covers ideas that appear in certifications such as CAPM and PMP, but those have their own eligibility rules and exams, which are not included.

Do I need work experience?

No, but it helps. Graduates learn the full method, and working professionals can apply it straight away to their own projects.

Does it cover Agile and Scrum?

Yes. You learn traditional planning and Agile methods, including Scrum roles, sprints and boards, so you can work in both kinds of teams.
