About This Training
ZEF's HVACR Technician training is a practical programme of 4–6 months covering the refrigeration cycle, AC systems, electrical controls, installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance. You train on real split units and refrigeration rigs in the workshop.
Why 4 to 6 months? Every batch covers the same modules, practical work and assessments. Full-time weekday batches finish in about 4 months; part-time evening or weekend batches, and learners who need extra practice before the final assessment, take up to 6 months.
Benchmarked against NAVTTC’s HVACR technician curriculum approach, the NCCER HVAC Level 1 modules and the refrigerant-handling content of the US EPA Section 608 certification.

Questions
Does the training cover inverter ACs?
Yes. You learn conventional and inverter split units, including their control boards and common faults, because inverter systems are now standard in Pakistan and the Gulf.
Is refrigerant handling covered safely?
Yes. You learn safe handling, recovery and charging of refrigerants, and why venting is harmful and often illegal. All practice is supervised.
What jobs can I get?
Typical roles include AC technician, refrigeration technician and building maintenance technician. Overseas facilities work is subject to employer, licensing, visa and qualification-recognition requirements.
