Questions

Do I need site experience?

It helps, but it is not required. Fresh DAE holders learn the system; experienced foremen gain the planning and documentation skills needed for supervisor roles.

Are there site visits?

Yes, where possible. Hybrid and campus batches include visits to active sites, subject to access and safety rules, so you see planning and supervision in practice.

Does this training include health and safety?

It covers site safety as part of supervision. For a dedicated safety role, the Health & Safety / HSE training goes much deeper.
