How to Apply for a Quran Teacher Job

Five simple steps, all online, in the ZEF faculty portal. Teaching is online, full-time or part-time.

1. Step 1Create your accountRegister in the faculty portal with your name, CNIC, mobile number, email and a password.
2. Step 2Complete your profileAdd your photo, personal details and address. Under qualifications choose “Quran / Madrasa” and upload your Sanad or certificate; add your teaching experience and CV.
3. Step 3Lock your profileRead and accept the Declaration and Undertaking. Your locked profile is sent with every application.
4. Step 4Apply with your recitation videoRecord 2–3 minutes of recitation with Tajweed, upload it to YouTube (Unlisted) or Google Drive, and paste the link in the application form.
5. Step 5Follow your applicationScreening, an online recitation & Tajweed test, then an interview with a short demo class. Every update appears in your portal.

Keep these ready

• CNIC (front and back scans)
• A recent passport-size photo
• Sanad or certificate (Hifz, Qirat, Nazra / Tajweed, Dars-e-Nizami)
• Your CV with teaching experience
• A short recitation video link

Good to know

• Files can be PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each. Clear phone photos are fine.
• Male and female posts: female teachers are encouraged to apply.
• You need a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to teach online.
• Classes with ZEF are recorded for quality, learning and records.
