Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join ZEF’s teacher training?

Serving teachers, graduates preparing to teach, principals, directors and academic coordinators can all take part. Schools and colleges can also request training for their whole team, and ZEF plans the topics and level around the roles of the people taking part.

Is the training on campus or online?

It depends on the training and on where participants are. ZEF agrees the mode with each school or group: sessions can run on campus, online or as a mix of both, and the schedule is planned so teachers can attend alongside their work.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Participants receive a certificate where the training includes an assessment. Teachers who want a recognised professional route can work through ZEF’s International Professional Teaching Certification (IPTC) levels, and every ZEF certificate can be checked online on the verification page.

How can our school request training?

Use the Request School Support form and choose teacher training as a need. Tell us about your school, the roles to be trained and the number of participants. A ZEF team member contacts you to agree the topics, schedule and costs before anything is confirmed.

Request Support for a School

Schools and communities use one form: choose what the school needs, such as teachers, teacher training, books or classroom needs, and attach any documents.
