About This Training
ZEF's Software QA & Testing training is a practical programme of 3 months covering the software lifecycle, test design, manual testing, API and database testing, defect tracking and automation basics. You finish with a complete test project for your portfolio.
Benchmarked against the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL v4.0) syllabus.

Questions
Do I need programming for software testing?
Not for manual testing, which is most of the training. You learn basic SQL and an introduction to Selenium automation. Stronger programming skills help later if you move into automation roles.
Is software testing a good entry point into IT?
Many people start their IT careers in QA because it teaches how software is built and released. The training gives you practical evidence, such as test plans and defect reports, to show employers.
What will I build during the training?
A test plan, a set of test cases, a Postman collection and a full QA cycle report for a practice application. Together they form a portfolio that shows how you think and work.
